contacted vandeberg chemical, said id start with a small order and they just stopped replying

messaged vandeberg chemical about a week ago. seemed completely normal at first, replied quick, answered what i asked

then i said id rather start with something small, like under 50, just to see if it actually turns up before i put real money into it. didnt think that was a weird thing to ask

after that nothing. no reply, no "sorry we have a minimum", no nothing. just stopped

the bit that confuses me is a mate of mine knows someone who actually ordered from them and said it turned up fine. so im not sitting here calling it a scam, clearly something does ship sometimes

maybe they just cant be bothered with small orders idk. but if you wont take a 50 test order off a new customer thats worth knowing before someone sends you 500 on trust

has anyone actually dealt with them themselves? not "my mate knows a guy" - i already have one of those
