hilmashop.com - ordered 3 weeks ago, still nothing, they just leave me on delivered

ordered from hilmashop.com about 3 weeks ago now. site says 4-7 days within europe. nothing has come. no parcel, no tracking that actually moves, nothing.

the annoying part is theyre not even hard to reach. they reply on telegram no problem if you ask them general stuff about the shop.

but the second i bring up my own order its the same thing every time

so i send it. then nothing. sits on delivered, gets read, no reply.

thats been going on for like 2-3 weeks now. ask, get told send the order number, send it, get left on delivered, repeat.

idk if im being stalled until i give up or what but its not a normal amount of slow. being busy is one thing, answering everything except the one question is a choice

anyway if youre thinking about ordering from them dont pay with anything you cant get back. and if you already did open the dispute now dont wait like i did

anyone else ordered from them? when did you order and did anything show up
